I stopped by at Woolies to take a break and I sat on the bench. I saw a middle aged woman who had like eight bags in a shopping cart, and I offered to to help her. I helped carry some of the bags into the trunk of her cart, and I also offered to put back the shopping cart.

:) This made me feel better.
